Early bird pricing is now available. The price for early bird registration is $40 per person or $75 per married couple. This pricing will only be available until October 15th.

If you prefer to register by mail, click on the MWC Registration Form link below and print the registration form. Fill it out and send it in with your payment. Please enclose a self addressed stamped envelope for registration confirmation.
